I'm crying cos my jaw hurts so much I can't eat.. and I want to eat...

My mouth wonted open. And now he's stopped eating outta sympathy for me(?) =(
I feel uber-bad
Oh && I think I dislocated my shoulder then pulled it back in :|
Oh, Oh, && when I cough now, it's so violent my chest gets shooting pains.
Bet my Doctor's gonna love me when I go back in howeever many months times with this nice little list of "vanity-bad-things" that i'm compiling.
